Una tumba está olvidada

A tomb lies forgotten
In the cemetery of my town
Where the remains rest
Of the one who gave me life
A cross now shattered
By time upon it
Sadness overwhelms me
Each time I visit it
And embraced by that tomb
I pray and weep like a child
When it has no longer the support
Of his father that he has lost
The inheritance he left me
Was the most precious treasure
The pride of being his son

A man of simplicity and integrity
My veins carry his blood
