Saying Goodbye

That night when stars were twinkling, one by one, you were there
You seemed like a handful of wind, about to disappear in an instant

You asked, "Where is the end of the world?"
And asked if I'd see you again if I waited there
I knew then, the end of the world was death
But I told you,
That perhaps the stars won't set there
Sunlight peeked in little by little, and I closed my eyes
