Els dilluns brindem per si se'ns fes costa amunt
Els dimarts, sense voler, tornem a fer tard
Els dimecres moren tancant els bars
Que obrim els dimarts

Els dijous, com sempre, justifiquen el joc
Que els divendres seguirem cremant altre cop
I un cop més farem sortir el sol de nou
Però no en tindrem prou

Sol, torno sol cap al meu malson
Cansat de retrets
Sol, dormo sol destil·lant el dol
I els diumenges fa tant de fred

Els dilluns següents ens empassem sempre els plors
Els dimarts jurem de no tornar a jugar amb foc
Però els dimecres tornen a créixer flors
Que eixuguen els plors

Els dijous l'orquestra sempre toca a algun lloc
I els divendres, vespres que s'encenen tots sols
I un cop més farem sortir el sol de nou
Però no en tindrem prou

Sol, torno sol dins al meu cargol
Cosit a retrets
Sol, dormo sol negat d'alcohol
I els diumenges torna a fer fred

On Mondays we toast if it were uphill
On Tuesdays, without wanting to, we're late again
