Quinto año es una terminal

Las mismas cosas que me dio la juventud,
El mismo amor, las mismas ansias,
Esas voces las primeras
Que se llenaron de distancia...
Cerrar los ojos y estar de nuevo
Allá, en el último recreo,
Como en el punto de partida
Tanta gana, tanta vida, tanto adiós.
Unos llegaron por luchar y algunos por llegar...
Treparon, pisoteando los peldaños,
Es que la vida al barajar,
No encarta siempre igual
Son cosas que se aprenden con los años.
Allá era todo más puro, más tierno,
Allá, entre los muros del viejo colegio,
Y andá a saber si alguna vez
Nos volveremos a encontrar, después.
