سورة الهمزة

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ
الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالا وَعَدَّدَهُ
يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ
كَلاَّ لَيُنبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ
نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ
الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الأَفْئِدَةِ
إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌ
فِي عَمَدٍ مُّمَدَّدَةٍ

The Chapter of the Backbiter

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Woe to every scorner and mocker,
Who collects wealth and counts it over and over,
Thinking that his wealth will make him last forever,
No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher,
And what can make you know what the Crusher is?
Allah's fire, kindled,
Which rises over the hearts,
It shall be closed in on them,
In pillars outstretched.
