Пречиста Діва зродила Сина,
В яслах сповитий поміж бидляти,

Вже Херувими славу співають,

And the bright star proclaims to the world:

Dear Jesus, we are not rich,
We cannot give golden gifts,
But we bring a more precious gift than peace,
