Նկարեմ արև′ դեմքին ժպիտն իմ
Կարեմ ամպերը պատռված ու բացեմ գիրքն իմ
Ու բացեմ գիրքն իմ, քո մասին այնտեղ գրեմ,
Որ մի օր թաքուն կարդաս ու ավելի շատ ինձ սիրես։
Թող քեզ ու դառի շողքս, կողքս մնա
Ես եմ հուշող քեզ' թե ուր պիտի գնանք։
Հող կա, մեջը ծաղիկ, ջուր տանք, թող ծիծաղի,
Որ քամին կատաղած չգա նրան քաղի, թաղի ։
Որտեղից դու ինձ գտար։ Որտեղ գտա ես քեզ։
Ինչպես սիրտս մտար։ Ինչպես քո սիրտը մտա ես։
Որ կողմից եկար ու երբ, ցերեկով թե գիշերով,
Քայլում եմ դեպի քեզ էտ ամենը հիշելով:

Տես դառել եմ ես քեզ կես,
որ գրկես փրկես ինձ,
Էս անիմաստ կրկեսից,

Նման քամուն որ շուտ խառնումա մազերդ իրար,

Բացեց արևն իր աչքերը, ժպտաց ու քեզ տեսավ։
Անցավ գիշերը ու աստղերը կհանգեն հեսա։
Ու ծաղիկներ կբացվեն այնտեղ′ որտեղ դու ես,
Այնտեղ որտեղ ինչքան մոտ, այնքան էլ հեռու ես:
