And I'm going to say something astonishingly lacking humility
I'm a person who is good at a lot of things, a lot of things
If you made a list of things that the press has called me
And asked for my expert opinion on
You'd be kinda surprised, it's across economics
Business, humour, politics, persuasion
But, how many things are there
That you could be good at
All the things that humans can do
It's gigantic, right
There's like millions of things that people can do
And I'm good at almost zero
Like if you took all of my skills and compared them
To all the skills that anybody could have in the world
It rounds to zero
It doesn't even round to 1%
And I'm an example of somebody who has pretty high skills
In a variety of of fields and it still rounds to zero

Kontrolliere sie einfach bis zum Anschlag.
Denn das ist es, was dein Selbstwertgefühl stärkt.
Und ich bin tatsächlich ein wirklich gutes Beispiel dafür.
Und ich werde etwas sagen, das erstaunlich wenig Demut zeigt:
Ich bin eine Person, die in vielen Dingen gut ist, in vielen Dingen.
Wenn du eine Liste der Dinge erstellen würdest, als die mich die Presse bezeichnet hat
und nach meiner Expertenmeinung gefragt hat,
wärst du ziemlich überrascht, es geht um Wirtschaft,
Geschäft, Humor, Politik, Überzeugung.
Aber wie viele Dinge gibt es,
in denen man gut sein könnte?
All die Dinge, die Menschen tun können,
es ist gigantisch, richtig?
Es gibt Millionen von Dingen, die Menschen tun können.
Und ich bin in fast null Dingen gut.
Wenn du all meine Fähigkeiten nehmen und sie vergleichen würdest
mit all den Fähigkeiten, die irgendjemand auf der Welt haben könnte,
rundet es sich auf null.
Es rundet sich nicht einmal auf 1% auf.
Und ich bin ein Beispiel für jemanden, der ziemlich hohe Fähigkeiten hat
in einer Vielzahl von Bereichen, und es rundet sich immer noch auf null.

Aber es gibt mir trotzdem ein gutes Gefühl,
dass es ein paar Dinge gibt, die ich gut kann.
Und deshalb konzentriere ich mich auf Fitness und Ernährung.
Und, weißt du, im Fall eines Mannes, wenn du deine Fitness
und Ernährung richtig machst, bist du wahrscheinlich ziemlich gut.
Also, kontrolliere die Dinge, die du kontrollieren kannst, werde gut darin, meine Liebe,
und denk daran, niemand ist in vielen Dingen gut.
