You know, of course you probably know that he was the philosopher

And so the equality doctrine is a logical, is a logical outcome

The tarantulas, of course, would have it otherwise

Thus they speak to each other
"We shall wreak vengeance and abuse on all whose equals we are not"
Thus do the tarantula-hearts vow
"And 'will to equality' shall henceforth be the name for virtue
And against all that has power we want to raise our clamour!"
You preachers of equality, the tyrannomania of impotence clamours
Thus out of you for equality: your most secret ambitions
To be tyrants thus shroud themselves in words of virtue!
Aggrieved conceit, repressed envy
Perhaps the conceit and envy of your fathers
Erupt from you as a flame and as the frenzy of revenge
What was silent in the Father speaks in the Son
And I often found the Son the unveiled secret of the Father
They're like enthusiasts
But it is not the heart that fires them, but revenge
And when they become elegant and cold it is not the spirit
But envy, that makes them elegant and cold
Their jealousy leads them even on the paths of thinkers
And this is the sign of their jealousy: they always go too far

Dies ist von Friedrich Nietzsche.
Du weißt ja, natürlich weißt du wahrscheinlich, dass er der Philosoph war,
der den Tod Gottes verkündete.
Was er damit meinte, war, dass die fundamentalen
metaphysischen Grundlagen, die der
westlichen Kultur zugrunde liegen, ihr Fundament verloren hatten.
Und dass die Konsequenz daraus wäre
die Auflösung der Idee des Wertes selbst,
insbesondere von Wertehierarchien.
Er hielt die unvermeidliche Folge davon
oder eine der Folgen davon
für eine dramatische Bewegung hin zu einer Doktrin radikaler Gleichheit.
Denn wenn der Wert selbst zerstört wird,
die Wertunterscheidung zwischen den Dingen,
sodass eine Sache nicht besser ist als eine andere,
dann gibt es keinen Grund für Hierarchien der Tugend oder des Wertes.
Und so ist die Gleichheitsdoktrin ein logisches, ist ein logisches Ergebnis.
Also, hier ist, was er darüber schrieb.

Sieh, dies ist das Loch der Tarantel.
Willst du die Tarantel selbst sehen, meine Schöne?
Hier hängt ihr Netz; berühre es, damit es zittert.

Für mich seid ihr Taranteln und insgeheim rachsüchtig.
Aber ich werde eure Geheimnisse ans Licht bringen.
Darum lache ich euch ins Gesicht mit meinem Lachen der Höhen.
Darum zerreiße ich eure Netze,
dass eure Wut euch aus euren Lügenlöchern locke
und eure Rache hervorspringe hinter eurem Wort: Gerechtigkeit.
Denn dass der Mensch von der Rache erlöst werde,
das ist für mich die Brücke zur höchsten Hoffnung
und ein Regenbogen nach langen Stürmen.
Die Taranteln aber wollen es natürlich anders.
"Was Gerechtigkeit für uns bedeutet, ist genau, dass die Welt erfüllt sei
mit den Stürmen unserer Rache."
So sprechen sie zueinander.
"Wir werden Rache und Missbrauch an allen üben, deren Gleiche wir nicht sind."
So schwören die Tarantel-Herzen.
"Und 'Wille zur Gleichheit' soll fortan der Name für Tugend sein.
Und gegen alles, was Macht hat, wollen wir unser Geschrei erheben!"
Ihr Prediger der Gleichheit, die Tyrannenmanie der Ohnmacht schreit
so aus euch nach Gleichheit: Eure geheimsten Gelüste,
Tyrannen zu sein, verhüllen sich so in Worte der Tugend!
Gekränkter Dünkel, unterdrückter Neid,
vielleicht der Dünkel und Neid eurer Väter,
brechen aus euch hervor als Flamme und als Raserei der Rache.
Was im Vater schwieg, spricht im Sohn,
und oft fand ich den Sohn als das enthüllte Geheimnis des Vaters.
Sie sind wie Enthusiasten,
aber es ist nicht das Herz, das sie entflammt, sondern die Rache.
Und wenn sie elegant und kalt werden, ist es nicht der Geist,
sondern der Neid, der sie elegant und kalt macht.
Ihre Eifersucht führt sie sogar auf die Pfade der Denker.
Und das ist das Zeichen ihrer Eifersucht: Sie gehen immer zu weit,
bis ihre Müdigkeit sich am Ende im Schnee schlafen legen muss.

Aus jeder ihrer Klagen klingt Rache,
in ihrem Lob ist immer ein Stachel,
und Richter zu sein scheint ihnen Glückseligkeit.
Aber so rate ich euch, meine Freunde:
Misstraut allen, in denen der Trieb zu strafen mächtig ist!
Sie sind Leute von niederer Art und Herkunft.
Der Henker und der Bluthund,

Schaut aus ihren Gesichtern.
Misstraut allen, die viel von ihrer Gerechtigkeit reden, meine Liebe!
Wahrlich, ihren Seelen fehlt mehr als Honig.
Und wenn sie sich "die Guten und Gerechten" nennen,
vergesst nicht, dass sie Pharisäer wären, wenn sie nur Macht hätten.
Meine Freunde, ich will nicht mit anderen verwechselt und vermischt werden.
Manche predigen meine Lehre vom Leben
und sind zugleich Prediger der Gleichheit und Taranteln.
Obwohl sie in ihren Löchern sitzen, diese giftigen Spinnen,
mit dem Rücken zum Leben gekehrt, sprechen sie für das Leben,
aber nur, weil sie verletzen wollen.

Sie wollen diejenigen verletzen, die jetzt Macht haben,
denn unter diesen ist die Predigt vom Tod noch am meisten zu Hause.
Wäre es anders, würden die Taranteln anders lehren.
Sie selbst waren einst die größten Verleumder der Welt
und Ketzerverbrenner.
Ich will nicht verwechselt und vermischt werden
mit diesen Predigern der Gleichheit.
