E os pés de xirca espalhados no campestre
Posso dizer que os zóio do dono é remédio
Na campereada que se encontra de ocasião

Esquenta o sol e uma ovelha imundiciada
Que se escapou da peonada e se apresentou pro patrão

E campereando lá na invernada do fundo
Fiz uma armada e botei com muita certeza
Que até foi pena as muié não tá por perto
Pra comentá-la na cozinha essa proeza
E aos passitos já saio arrastando o laço
Velha lembrança dos tempos que lá se vai
