This is one of a heck of an album
26 cuts and we're in the home stretch
We're playing you the final five demo versions of the songs
That Brantley has on the deluxe edition of the album
And you know, I know that we're telling people they're demos
And you know, kind of, explain what that's all about

You know, they're not the cleaned, uh, perfect (studio versions)
Right, right, there's imperfections and, uh
And another thing I'm proud of on this record
Is that they're imperfections on record itself
That makes a record of a record to me (sure)
It's like listening to an old Skynyrd record, like

String slides and things, they take out these days, or most of (yeah)
Those imperfections are very much there
If I got off-key a little bit, from here to there
Then-dress it 'til it's perfect, you know what I mean? (Yeah)
It's human (gave it character), yeah, it's real

Cet album est vraiment incroyable.
26 morceaux et on est dans la dernière ligne droite.
On vous joue les cinq dernières versions démo des chansons
Que Brantley a sur l'édition deluxe de l'album.
Et vous savez, je sais qu'on dit aux gens que ce sont des démos
Et on explique en quelque sorte ce que c'est.

Tu sais, ce ne sont pas les versions studio, euh, parfaites.
Exact, exact, il y a des imperfections et, euh
Et une autre chose dont je suis fier sur ce disque
C'est qu'il y a des imperfections sur le disque lui-même.
C'est ce qui fait un disque, un vrai disque pour moi (tout à fait).
C'est comme écouter un vieux disque de Skynyrd, genre

Des glissades de cordes et des choses comme ça, qu'ils enlèvent de nos jours, ou la plupart (ouais).
Ces imperfections sont bien présentes.
Si je chante un peu faux, par-ci par-là
On ne va pas retoucher jusqu'à ce que ce soit parfait, tu vois ce que je veux dire ? (Ouais)
C'est humain (ça lui donne du caractère), ouais, c'est authentique.

Eh bien, ça s'appelle "J'y Suis Déjà Passé".
