The voice in our head is
Something separate from us
But
That voice is us
It's you
And it's created by the things that
We've learned to tell ourselves, overtime
It's taught
So Instead of listening to the voice that powers us down
Maybe we can teach that voice to say something new
Maybe we can start telling ourselves
The Things that inspire us
That lift us up
That make us feel safe, and loved, and supported
So talk to yourself
