Before writing these songs
We spoke through the subject and moment in detail
This song was written at the start of the process in going back to the start of my life
It was recorded with a full band, but ended up being just piano and a little bit of guitar
I wanted, that kind of Joe Cocker feeling, obviously, after being named after one of his songs delts lady

Now, I ended up sharing the story that this song was about, uhm, how I entered into the world
I started sharing how I was born from a car crash and that I was premature
And we both had to really fight for our life when I first came into the world
And when-, when I entered into mom's world, I told this story to Trilogy and they all started crying, and
When they first got on the microphone and started singing, they're absolutely beautiful heartfelt way

In that first, "I got faith," it, uhm, you actually, you really hear that it's distorting
But I left it in because the passion was there as they were all
So from their heart and soul in that moment

Avant d'écrire ces chansons,
nous avons discuté en détail du sujet et du moment.
Cette chanson a été écrite au début du processus, en retournant au commencement de ma vie.
Elle a été enregistrée avec un groupe complet, mais finalement, il n'y a que du piano et un peu de guitare.
Je voulais cette ambiance Joe Cocker, évidemment, après avoir été nommée d'après une de ses chansons, Delta Lady.

J'ai fini par partager l'histoire derrière cette chanson, euh, comment je suis arrivée au monde.
J'ai raconté que je suis née suite à un accident de voiture et que je suis née prématurément.
Nous avons toutes les deux dû nous battre pour survivre lorsque je suis venue au monde.
Et quand, quand je suis entrée dans le monde de maman, j'ai raconté cette histoire à Trilogy et ils se sont tous mis à pleurer, et
quand ils ont pris le micro pour la première fois et ont commencé à chanter, c'était d'une manière absolument belle et sincère.

Dans ce premier "I got faith", euh, on entend vraiment une distorsion.
Mais je l'ai laissée parce que la passion était là, ils chantaient
avec tout leur cœur et toute leur âme à ce moment-là.
