Her şeyi kuşatan ilminden
Her şeyi aydınlatan nurundan, istiyor ve bekliyorum

Rabbim, zikrinle sana yaklaşabilirim, biliyorum
Rahmetinden beni kendine yaklaştırmanı diliyorum
Bana şükrü öğretmeni
Zikrini ilham etmeni diliyorum
Bana merhamet etmeni

Beni, verdiğine razı ve kanaatkar kılmanı diliyorum
Sen ki ihtiyacı olana verirsin
Kapına gelenleri geri çevirmezsin

Ey Rabbim senin saltanatın yücedir
Kimine gizli, kimine apaçıksın
Rabbim, biliyorum ki
Senden başka günahlarımı bağışlayacak
Suçlarımı örtecek kimse yok

Biliyorum ki ben nefsime zulmettim
Sana itaat etmedim
Bütün bunlara rağmen beni unutmadığından
Ve bana lütfettiğinden dolayı
Kalbim sana kavuşma arzusuyla dolu

Rabbim, biliyorum ki sen benim dostumsun
Her kötülüğümü örtersin
Başıma gelen her belayı hafifletirsin
Beni çirkin günahlarımın ağırlığından kurtar

Her şeye sabrettim ama senin ayrılığına dayanamam
Beni hizmetine al
Sana sürekli bir kul olayım
Güvencim, dayanağım, dostum, sevdiğim sensin
Rahmetin ve kudretinle koru beni
Hatalarımı bağışla

Değil mi ki sen kullarına bu hükmü verdin
Bana yönelin, benden isteyin, kabul edeyim dedin

Silahı, ağlamak ve sermayesi ümit olan şu kulun

My Lord
From your all-encompassing mercy
From your all-powerful strength
From your might to which all things bow down
From your glory before which nothing can stand

From your all-encompassing majesty
From your all-encompassing knowledge
From your light that illuminates all things, I ask and I wait

O Light O Holy One O first of the first and last of the last
My Lord, forgive my sins that have torn the veil of chastity
Forgive my sins that have caused despair
Forgive me my Lord
Forgive

With my tears I call upon you
O friend of the believers
Who answers those who cry out
O friend of the faithful hearts
Forgive me this night and every hour

My Lord, I know that through your remembrance I can come close to you
From your mercy I ask you to draw me near to you
Teach me to be grateful
Inspire me to remember you
Have mercy on me

Make me content and satisfied with what you give
You who give to those who are in need
Who do not turn away those who come to your door

O my Lord your kingdom is glorious
To some you are hidden, to others you are manifest
My Lord, I know that
There is no one but you to forgive my sins
To cover my faults

I know that I have wronged my soul
I have disobeyed you
Yet despite all of this you have not forgotten me
And you have bestowed your favor upon me
My heart is filled with longing to meet you

My Lord, I know that you are my friend
You cover every fault of mine
You lighten every calamity that befalls me
Save me from the burden of my grievous sins

I have endured everything but I cannot bear to be parted from you
Take me into your service
Let me be a constant servant to you
You are my trust, my support, my friend, my beloved
Protect me with your mercy and your power
Forgive my mistakes

Did you not decree this to your servants
Turn to me, and ask of me, and I shall grant you
So I have turned my face to you
I have stretched out my hand to you
