I'm a wrapper that used to hold something sweet

Where everybody is trash
And the cigarette ash
Blowing from a burned out cigarette flame
I'll mix it with the yuck and I'll mingle with the grime
Will we burn out in time
That'll be just fine

I'm a little piece of trash
And you can kick me around
Maybe someone'll come
And maybe brush off the scum
And put me where I belong
In a barrel of trash painted industrial green
And I don't really give a fuck
If they put me in a truck
And send me off to sea

To the bottom of the ocean floor
And I'll blow around down
Where no one's gonna kick me down no more
And I'll mix it with the vile and I'll mingle with the slime

Но в глубине души знаю, что качусь только вниз.
Я качусь вниз,

Где все — мусор,
И пепел,
Летит от потухшего огня сигареты.
Я смешаюсь с грязью и сливаюсь с мерзостью.
Сгорим ли мы со временем?
Это будет прекрасно.

Я маленький кусочек мусора,
И ты можешь пинать меня.
Может быть, кто-то придет
И смахнет всю эту грязь,
И положит меня туда, где мое место,
В мусорный бак, покрашенный в промышленный зеленый.
И мне, честно говоря, плевать,

И отправят в море.
