We've Seen It All

We've seen many places, played enough shows,
Learned the hard facts about the music business.
A lot of time has passed, seen the world change,
Gained a lot of life experience, but much is still missing.
And I want to know more, I don't diss education,
But you just can't get this kind of experience from school benches.
Sometimes too rough, sometimes just a party,
We've gained a lot, but we've also had to sacrifice a lot.

Pubs, clubs, dance floors, ice halls,
Girls next door, semi-goths, and models.
Cars, buses, airplanes, ships, trains,
Seen every corner and still worked through the nights.
