Oh grande hyène, tu pourras manger et toujours te rassasier.
La lionne fut alors libérée et se jeta sur Impisi,
Elle dit : je vais te tuer maintenant, et rugit avec perfidie.
La hyène dit : maintenant, obtenons d'autres points de vue,
Du chacal et du vieux corbeau noir et des vautours aussi.
Laissez mourir Impisi, dirent-ils. Impisi dit : mais attendez,
