On the way to a recording session

And we learned this song, mm, seconds before performing it
And it's entitled Soulful

Feu Roy Hargrove.
J'ai joué ici pour la première fois il y a dix ans
Et j'ai joué avec le quintette de Roy sur cette même scène.
C'était ma première fois à jouer dans le groupe avec Roy
Et ma première fois à jouer au Village Vanguard.

Et on va jouer une chanson que j'ai apprise de lui à Seattle,
En route pour une session d'enregistrement.
Euh, c'est quelque part sur YouTube, je crois que c'est à Seattle chez KPLU.
Et on a appris cette chanson, mm, quelques secondes avant de la jouer.
