Primroses and daffodils
Will ring out loud bells
To welcome in the spring

Schneeglöckchen und Glockenblumen,
Schlüsselblumen und Narzissen
werden laut die Glocken läuten,
um den Frühling zu begrüßen.

Die Geburt ist hier, sie bricht aus der Todesstunde hervor,
in fruchtbarer Zwiebel und Knospe sehen wir die verheißene Blume.
Tief im Kreislauf der Sonnenkraft, die jetzt zurückkehrt,
ist das Herz leicht, der Schritt ist beschwingt im Sonnenschein.
