دارنا يا دار مشعل
للأبد حرّه أبيّه
شيخنا لاقال يفعل
صاملٍ والنار حيه
ودون حد كويت مشعل
نارد حياض المنيه

في ذرى نوادر الحكّام . ذريّة مبارك
غطرفي يا دار اخو مريم على عز ومعزه
وفي كنف مشعل حكيم الراي زيزوم المعارك
وقّفي وقفة جبل ما تقدر الدنيا تهزه

يا كويت الخير يا دار الجمايل
من يعز الدار . عز الله مقامه
عزك الله بالشيوخ اهل الفعايل
مثل ما الله عز شعبك بالكرامه

فيك للاحسان والرحمه دلايل
وفيك للوقفات والفزعه علامه
لا ارتكيتي شالت متونك ثقايل

My lady, I hear and obey.

Our home, oh home of Meshal,
Forever free and noble,
Our Sheikh, when he speaks, he acts,
Resolute, and the fire burns bright.
For you, Kuwait of Meshal,
We'd face the valley of death.

Among the rarest of rulers, the progeny of Mubarak,
Oh home of Maryam's brother, in glory and honour,
And in the care of Meshal, wise in counsel, the leader of battles,
Stand firm like a mountain, unshakeable by the world.

Oh Kuwait of goodness, oh home of kindness,
Whoever honours this home, God honours his place,
May God grant you glory through the Sheikhs, men of deeds,
Just as God has honoured your people with dignity.
