Cuando caminas, saludas, sonríes y al pobre le ayudas,
sabemos ver que el poder del amor nos devuelve la vida
Vemos que tu misión es la misma del resucitado,

Because you taught me to trust in my strength,
you also stayed with me when I felt alone.
Together we learned to cast aside laziness,
to commit ourselves to loving others.
In our meetings you were always present,
when there were problems you were always with your people.
Between retreats, workshops, gatherings, barbecues and bingos,
You showed us the face of the living God every Sunday.(...)

When you walk, greet, smile and help the poor,
