Evans: I, I want to share with you a little story that I heard.
And I′m sure that many of us can identify with it.
A young man who went swimming the other day.
Went on out there into deep water.
His father and others were standing on the bank.
When they looked up.
This youngman was bout to drown.
Something had happened while out there trying to swim.
And they saw him going down.
Naturally his family.
Especially his father got excited, got nervous but the father couldn't swim.
And you know how it is standing by wanting to do something for a child.
You′re helpless.
So the father reached around and just so happened.
There was a rope there and he took that rope and threw it (hallelujah) and said, son catch hold to the rope.
The young man caught the rope.
The father started pulling him in but he looked up and saw that the rope was breaking (can I get a witness) and he cried to his father, father, father my rope is breaking.
The father replied to the son and said, reach beyond the break and hold on.
Look to somebody again and say reach beyond the break.
C'mon tell somebody.
Say reach beyond the break and hold on.
And that's all I wanna tell somebody.
Your rope of hope is almost broke.
Your rope of faith is almost broke.
Your rope of patience is almost broke.
But reach.

But I heard a voice from Jesus.

What was he saying.
Evans: He was telling me, telling me, telling me to still fight on.

You know what he said.
He said, hold on.

Evans: Je veux te raconter une petite histoire que j'ai entendue.
Et je suis sûr que beaucoup d'entre nous peuvent s'identifier à cela.
Un jeune homme qui est allé se baigner l'autre jour.
Il est allé dans les eaux profondes.
Son père et d'autres personnes étaient debout sur la berge.
Quand ils ont levé les yeux.
Ce jeune homme était sur le point de se noyer.
Quelque chose s'est passé alors qu'il essayait de nager.
Et ils l'ont vu sombrer.
Naturellement, sa famille.
Surtout son père s'est excité, il était nerveux, mais le père ne savait pas nager.
Et tu sais ce que c'est d'être là, à vouloir faire quelque chose pour un enfant.
Tu es impuissant.
Alors le père a cherché autour de lui et, par hasard.
Il y avait une corde là, et il l'a prise et l'a lancée (alléluia) et a dit : "Fils, accroche-toi à la corde."
Le jeune homme a attrapé la corde.
Le père a commencé à le tirer vers lui, mais il a levé les yeux et a vu que la corde se brisait (puis-je avoir un témoin) et il a crié à son père : "Père, père, père, ma corde se brise."
Le père a répondu à son fils et a dit : "Va au-delà de la rupture et accroche-toi."
Regarde quelqu'un d'autre et dis : "Va au-delà de la rupture."
Allez, dis-le à quelqu'un.
Dis : "Va au-delà de la rupture et accroche-toi."
Et c'est tout ce que je veux dire à quelqu'un.
Ta corde d'espoir est presque brisée.
Ta corde de foi est presque brisée.
Ta corde de patience est presque brisée.
Mais va au-delà.
J'aimerais qu'il y ait quelqu'un pour me dire : "Va au-delà de la rupture, accroche-toi, accroche-toi, accroche-toi."
Accroche-toi et ne lâche pas ta foi.

Evans: J'ai senti, senti le péché faire un bond.

Bingham: Oh.
Mais j'ai entendu une voix de Jésus.
Tu sais ce qu'il me disait.
Que disait-il.
Evans: Il me disait, me disait, me disait de continuer à me battre.
Bingham: Oh.
Tu sais ce qu'il a dit.
Il a dit : "Accroche-toi."
Il a dit : "Accroche-toi, accroche-toi et ne lâche pas ta foi (alléluia)."
On peut le dire encore une fois.
Va au-delà.
Quelqu'un traverse quelque chose.
Mais tu dois.
