Made: the way we never talk / the day
The news slipped out:

I watched the big distraction glow
And suddenly was found with hollow
Roads of "i don"t know", think
In our thin overthrows, and it"s
Closing time on the other line,
Shallow (in the light and thunder),
Cold (at the crown), crudest as
The shell was breaking (and someone
Looked around). i didn"t want to find
A savior weighing off with other
Strangers to the wind, just to let
You in. i left when nothing else
Was holding, fasting, as a way of
Folding. i"ll never figure through
Where it was with you, down to
Standing and staring.

I hear from some i lost. i caught
My breath, but, it was done (and
The harbor lights were gone).

Someone moved like they"d waited (so long)
And didn"t stop to tell it wrong or
Come around or play it down.

Créé: la façon dont on ne se parle jamais / le jour
La nouvelle s'est échappée:

J'ai regardé la grande distraction briller
Et soudainement j'ai été trouvé avec des routes creuses
De "je ne sais pas", pense
Dans nos maigres renversements, et c'est
L'heure de fermeture sur l'autre ligne,
Superficiel (dans la lumière et le tonnerre),
Froid (au sommet), plus grossier que
La coquille se brisait (et quelqu'un
A regardé autour). Je ne voulais pas trouver
Un sauveur qui pesait avec d'autres
Étrangers au vent, juste pour te laisser
Entrer. Je suis parti quand rien d'autre
Ne tenait, jeûnait, comme un moyen de
Plier. Je ne comprendrai jamais
Où c'était avec toi, jusqu'à
Se tenir debout et regarder.

J'entends parler de certains que j'ai perdus. J'ai repris
Mon souffle, mais, c'était fait (et
Les lumières du port étaient éteintes).

Quelqu'un s'est déplacé comme s'il avait attendu (si longtemps)
Et ne s'est pas arrêté pour le dire mal ou
Revenir ou le minimiser.
