Well, Gallo del Cielo was a warrior born in heaven, so the legends say

And He'd fought a hundred fights, but the legends say that one night near El Sueco
They'd fought Cielo seven times and seven times he'd left brave roosters dead.

Carlos Zaragoza a quitté sa maison de Casas Grandes à la pleine lune
Pas d'argent dans sa poche, juste un médaillon de sa sœur encadré d'or
Il est allé à El Sueco, a volé un coq appelé "Gallo del Cielo"
Puis il a traversé le Rio Grande avec ce coq niché sous son bras.
