Nicole tells her mother Susan about her successful presentation at school. Her brother Ted overhears and interrupts the conversation.
Susan: How was your day at school today, Nicole?
Nicole: It was great, Mom. I gave a presentation on Hillary Clinton in government class. Afterwards, my teacher paid me a compliment.
Susan: What did she say?
Nicole: She said my presentation was head and shoulders above the others.
Susan: Way to go!
Nicole: She also said I should go into politics, just like Hillary.
Ted: You're so gung ho about school. It drives me crazy.
Nicole: Ted, don't butt in! You're just jealous.
Ted: Right. You hit the nail on the head. I'm green with envy.
Nicole: Would you just shut up? You're on thin ice with me right now.
Ted: Oh no! Look at me. I'm shaking in my shoes!

Nicole raconte à sa mère Susan sa présentation réussie à l'école. Son frère Ted entend la conversation et l'interrompt.
Susan: Comment s'est passée ta journée d'école aujourd'hui, Nicole ?
Nicole: C'était génial, Maman. J'ai fait une présentation sur Hillary Clinton en cours de gouvernement. Après, mon professeur m'a fait un compliment.
Susan: Qu'a-t-elle dit ?
Nicole: Elle a dit que ma présentation était bien au-dessus des autres.
Susan: Bravo !
Nicole: Elle a aussi dit que je devrais faire de la politique, comme Hillary.
Ted: Tu es tellement enthousiaste à l'école. Ça me rend fou.
Nicole: Ted, ne t'immisce pas ! Tu es juste jaloux.
Ted: Exact. Tu as mis le doigt sur le problème. Je suis vert de jalousie.
Nicole: Tu peux juste te taire ? Tu marches sur des œufs avec moi en ce moment.
Ted: Oh non ! Regarde-moi. Je tremble de peur !
