O Bartimeu

A Bíblia traz-nos um relato emocionante de um milagre importante que Jesus realizou,
Um pobre cego de nascença Bartimeu que tinha por pai Timeu com o Cristo encontrou,
E Bartimeu que no caminha mendigava vendo que Jesus passava com ruidosa multidão não se deteve em alta voz clamava "oh bom filho de Davi de mim tenha compaixão".

A multidão que Jesus Cristo rodeava achando que perturbava do mendigo o clamor,
Então chegou-se para ele repreendendo, será que não está sentindo que perturbas o Senhor?
E Bartimeu que mesmo sendo repreendido insistiu em seu pedido para Cristo o curar,
Reanimou-se quando alguém lhe segredou tem bom ânino Bartimeu Cristo mandou te chamar.

Oh filho de Davi de mim tem misericórdia, mesmo havendo discórdia por Eu te chamar assim, mas um pobre cego Eu sou que a luz espera ver sei que em te a poder para visão trazer a mim.

E bartimeu abandonando seu abrigo uma capa que consigo uma capa fez cair
Foi ao encontro de Jesus que o chamava, pois a muito anelava essa graça lhe pedir.
E Jesus vendo que o cego aproximava para ver se o perturbava lhe fez a interrogação
Que é que queres que eu te faça bartimeu?
E o cego respondeu da-me agora a visão
E o bom Mestre como sempre atendendo ao mendigo foi dizendo vai tua fé te salvou.
E aquele homem que antes cego agora via saltava de alegria ante aquele que o curou
E Bartimeu não resistiu aquele ensejo, pois não mais tinha desejo de voltar ao seu lugar
Mas ao bom Mestre de seguir pelo caminho perto dele bem juntinho ate a glória alcançar.

Bartimaeus

The Bible tells us an exciting account of an important miracle that Jesus performed,
A poor man blind from birth, Bartimaeus, whose father was Timaeus, met Christ,
And Bartimaeus, who begged on the road, seeing that Jesus was passing by with a noisy crowd, did not stop, and cried out in a loud voice, "Oh, good son of David, have mercy on me."

The crowd surrounding Jesus Christ, thinking that he was disturbing the beggar's clamor,
So they came to him and rebuked him, saying, "Can't you feel that you are disturbing the Lord?"
And Bartimaeus, who was even rebuked, insisted on his request for Christ to heal him,
He revived when someone whispered to him, "Be of good cheer, Bartimaeus, Christ commanded you to call you."

O son of David, have mercy on me, even though there is discord because I call you so, but I am a poor blind man who hopes to see the light, I know that you have the power to give me sight.

And Bartimaeus, abandoning his shelter, a cloak that he had with him, a cloak he made fall,
Went to meet Jesus who called him, because he longed for it to ask for this grace.
And Jesus, seeing that the blind man was approaching, asked him if he was disturbing him.
What do you want me to do for you, Bartimaeus?
And the blind man answered, "Give me sight now."
And the good Master, as always attending to the beggar, said, "Your faith has saved you."
And that man who before was blind now could see, he leaped for joy before the one who had healed him
And Bartimaeus could not resist that opportunity, because he no longer had any desire to return to his place
But to follow the good Master along the way, close to him, until he reached glory.
