Прима

Она смотрит на него так укоризненно и пристально.
Она - прима.
Она признана. Грациозна,
Хоть и с родины выслана,
И не скисла, а наоборот вроде выросла.
И без всякого смысла её принципов в принципе,
Посреди дня напиться, материться
И проиграться на глазах у незнакомцев ссориться, а после мириться.
Она уже не ждёт своего принца, а год от года только горбится,
А ведь была как птица.
И ей это каждую ночь снится.
А как проснётся - сразу разозлится от отражения в щеркальце!
Так что к обеду уже хочется согреться,
Притаиться, так чтоб не билось сердце,
И она тянется за хмельной водицей,
А что статься - ведь уже не девица, хоть и статная,
Но только мельче поклонников стадо.
И она сверлит его глазницы,
А он любит эту пьяницу и готов провалиться.
Сам с виду маленький ростом, но нагленький, с возрастом - непонятно такой, молодой дед.
Опрятно одет, дорого и просто.
Ночью домой приходит поздно, серьёзный.
Ворует, обманывает - это точно.
Воркует над ней,
Платит по счетам,
Не убудет с него не нищета.
Самостоятельный, состоявшийся, всю жизнь пробоявшийся, но внимательный и мнительный
И только этим удивительный,
А в целом - непримечательный трутень,
Забирающий её в полдень - в лабудень,
И везёт эту дрянь.
И она с пьяну смотрит на него как на барана,
А утром выздоровит -
И он её простит, и забудет,
Что вчера хотел ей в голову выстрелить.

Prima

She looks at him so reproachfully and intently.
She is a prima.
She is recognized. Graceful,
Though she has been expelled from her homeland,
And did not become sour, but on the contrary she seems to have grown.
And her principles are completely meaningless,
In the middle of the day to get drunk, to swear
And to gamble away money in front of strangers, to quarrel and then to make peace.
She no longer expects her prince, and year after year she only slumps,
But she used to be like a bird.
And this is what she dreams of every night.
And when she wakes up, she immediately gets angry from her reflection in the mirror!
So by lunchtime she already wants to warm herself,
To hide so that her heart does not beat,
And she reaches for the intoxicating water,
And what will happen - she is no longer a girl, though she is stately,
But only the herd of admirers is smaller.
And she bores into his eye sockets,
And he loves this drunkard and is ready to fall down.
He himself is short in stature, but impudent, with age - you can't tell, such a young old man.
Dressed neatly, expensively and simply.
At night he comes home late, serious.
He steals, he cheats - that's for sure.
He coos over her,
He pays the bills,
He does not waste his time on her, not on poverty.
Independent, accomplished, having made his way through life, but attentive and suspicious
And only this makes him amazing,
But on the whole - an unremarkable drone,
Who takes her in the afternoon - into the mess,
And carries this filth.
And she looks at him like a ram when she's drunk,
And in the morning she gets well -
And he forgives her and forgets,
That yesterday he wanted to shoot her in the head.
