Watching over life and death,
Faintly, fragilely, still not knowing if it blooms,
The little bud trembles.

By the lake where the stars return, if the sleeping bud breathes,
The new moon begins to shine, the night is dyed vermilion.
The alluring scent and the graceful petals hide,
That freezing gaze.
Breaking, withering, decaying, yet still blooming,
Watching over its end,

How many ends has it met?
