Нет, я не судья для них,
Просто без суждений вздорных
Я четырежды должник

Grey eyes — the dawn's first light,
A steamboat's siren's call,
Rain, parting, a grey trace left,
Behind the churning foam's white fall.

Black eyes — the heat of day,
Across a sea of stars we glide,
And by the rail, until the day,
Reflections of our kisses hide.

Blue eyes — the moon above,
A waltz's silent, graceful sway,
The daily wall, my constant love,
Of an inevitable goodbye's display.

Brown eyes — the desert sand,
Autumn, a wolfish steppe so wide,
A wild chase, by fate's hand planned,
Between a fall and soaring stride.

No, I'm no judge of their worth,
Simply, without judgements vain,
I'm four times in debt to Earth,
For blue, grey, brown, and black's sweet reign.

Like four sides of a single light,
Shining upon this world we see,
