濃紅へと沈む夕べに
土に撓まぬまま
少しずつ朽ちるのは
また一片の花弁
また一輪の薔薇
蒼ざめ浮き立つ
かつての純白
まだ薫りは灰かに
まだ記憶を留めて
すべて甘やかに
忘れよと告げるように
いま私は妬ましい
花の季が
硝子を伝わる水滴眺め
凍えることのない
肌を抱く爪は棘
指先を触れもせず
囁きも交わさずに
遠離る影を
目を閉じ追っても
瞳から植えられて
胸の奥で何度も
開こうと藻掻く
一塊の赤い芽を
恋と呼んで
慈しめばいいのですか
まだ一片の花弁
まだ一輪の薔薇
外は騒ぐ風
通り過ぎる修羅
なお薫りは立ち篭め
もうひとつあとひとつ
この身の代わりに
散り果ててゆくがいい
溜息も零さずに
叫び声も上げずに

ここは蔦の蔓延る

Sunset into crimson depths it sinks,
Unbowed by earthly chain,
Slowly withering, it fades away,
Another petal's reign,
Another rose's bloom.
Pale, ephemeral,
Once was it so white,
Yet still the scent of ashes clings,
A memory of light,
All that time can keep,
Sweetly whispering, "Forget."
I envy now this flower of fall,
The season of her birth,
Watching water drops caress the glass,
Her skin forever warm,
Thorns embrace her form,
No touch upon her skin,
No whispered words between,
A shadow slipping far away,
Eyes closed, I chase in vain,
Planted in my gaze,
In depths of soul it plays,
A scarlet bud that strains
To bloom anew,
Love, so they call this flame?
Must I cherish it in vain?
Another petal's reign,
Another rose's bloom,
Winds without cry out,
A demon's tread draws near,
Still the scent remains,
One by one they fall,
In my stead they expire,
Let them perish, all,
No sigh shall pass my lips,
No cry shall break the air,
A single name I paint,
In crimson on my lips.
Here, ivy's tendrils cling,
In warmth of hothouse bloom,
Neither bloom nor fade
My roses, locked in time,
In hands of others woven,
A fragile, artificial bloom.
