Surah Al-Qiyamah

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
لَا أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ (1) وَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالنَّفْسِ اللَّوَّامَةِ (2)
أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنْسَانُ أَلَّنْ نَجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُ (3)
بَلَى قَادِرِينَ عَلَى أَنْ نُسَوِّيَ بَنَانَهُ (4) بَلْ يُرِيدُ الْإِنْسَانُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُ (5)
يَسْأَلُ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ (6) فَإِذَا بَرِقَ الْبَصَرُ (7) وَخَسَفَ الْقَمَرُ (8)

وَجُمِعَ الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ (9) يَقُولُ الْإِنْسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَيْنَ الْمَفَرُّ (10)
كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ (11) إِلَى رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمُسْتَقَرُّ (12) يُنَبَّأُ الْإِنْسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ (13)
بَلِ الْإِنْسَانُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَةٌ (14) وَلَوْ أَلْقَى مَعَاذِيرَهُ (15) لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِ (16)

إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآنَهُ (17) فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ (18) ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُ (19)
كَلَّا بَلْ تُحِبُّونَ الْعَاجِلَةَ (20) وَتَذَرُونَ الْآخِرَةَ (21) وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ نَاضِرَةٌ (22)
إِلَى رَبِّهَا نَاظِرَةٌ (23) وَوُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ بَاسِرَةٌ (24) تَظُنُّ أَنْ يُفْعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٌ (25)

كَلَّا إِذَا بَلَغَتِ التَّرَاقِيَ (26) وَقِيلَ مَنْ رَاقٍ (27) وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ الْفِرَاقُ (28)
وَالْتَفَّتِ السَّاقُ بِالسَّاقِ (29) إِلَى رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمَسَاقُ (30) فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّى (31)
وَلَكِنْ كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّى (32) ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ يَتَمَطَّى (33) أَوْلَى لَكَ فَأَوْلَى (34)

ثُمَّ أَوْلَى لَكَ فَأَوْلَى (35) أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنْسَانُ أَنْ يُتْرَكَ سُدًى (36) أَلَمْ يَكُ نُطْفَةً مِنْ مَنِيٍّ يُمْنَى (37)
ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّى (38) فَجَعَلَ مِنْهُ الزَّوْجَيْنِ الذَّكَرَ وَالْأُنْثَى (39)
أَلَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَى أَنْ يُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتَى (40)
صدق الله العظيم

Surah Al-Qiyamah

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I swear by the Day of Resurrection (1) And I swear by the self-reproaching soul (2)
Does man think that We will not assemble his bones? (3)
Yes. We are able to put together his fingertips perfectly (4) Nay, but man desires to continue in sin ahead of him (5)
He asks, "When will be the Day of Resurrection?" (6) So when vision is dazzled (7) And the moon is eclipsed (8)

And the sun and the moon are brought together (9) Man will say on that Day, "Where is the escape?" (10)
No! There is no refuge! (11) To your Lord, that Day, is the final destination (12) Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and left behind (13)
Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness (14) Even if he presents his excuses (15) Move not your tongue concerning it to hasten with its recitation [O Muhammad] (16)

Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your breast] and its recitation (17) So when We have recited it, then follow its recitation (18) Then indeed, upon Us is its explanation (19)
No! But you love the fleeting life (20) And leave the Hereafter (21) Some faces, that Day, will be radiant (22)
Looking at their Lord (23) And some faces, that Day, will be gloomy (24) They will think that a crushing calamity will be inflicted upon them (25)

No! When the soul reaches the collarbones (26) And it is said, "Who can cure him?" (27) And he thinks that it is the parting [time of death] (28)
And one leg is entwined with the other (29) To your Lord, that Day, will be the driving (30) So he did not affirm the truth, nor did he pray (31)
But he denied and turned away (32) Then he went to his people, swaggering (33) Woe to you, and woe! (34)

Then woe to you, and woe! (35) Does man think that he will be left neglected? (36) Was he not a sperm-drop emitted [in lowly state]? (37)
Then he was a clinging clot, and [ Allah ] created [his form] and proportioned [him] (38) And made from him the two mates - the male and the female (39)
Is He not able to give life to the dead? (40)
