Fast anderthalb Jahrzehnte ist es her,
Dass Loreley hier Haar und Leben ließ,
Und dabei ist es leider nicht geblieben.
Die Opfer wurden stetig mehr und mehr.
Bei manchem wußt ich nicht mal, wie es hieß.
Mit diesem heute zähl ich hundertsieben.

Ich gebe zu, am Anfang war es schwer.
Die Skrupel und die Ängste waren stark.
Ich kann sie mir beim Dienst für dich nicht leisten.
Ja, in und ums Hotel herrscht viel Verkehr,
Ein Umstand, der so manche Tat verbarg,
Doch Gleichgültigkeit half gewiss am meisten.

In diesen grauenvollen Tagen
Verschwinden täglich Leute.
Kaum jemand traut sich nachzufragen,
Weil mancher das bereute.

Ein Mensch ist schnell vergessen,
Und Futter ist nie Mangelware.
Welch ein gefund'nes Fressen!

Almost a decade and a half has passed,
Since Loreley left her hair and life right here,
And sadly, it didn't end there.
The victims steadily increased.
