Sawa lakh nal ik vi ladeya ae
Dig ke jeda uth painda
Ohi shikhran te chadeya ae.
Baba la bedi nu moda
Saanu asra hi ik thodda-,
Ho thoddi oat na manzilan te chad jayida.
Oh Guru Gobind keh gaye si

O hathi karke khayida
Chatt'de nahi kise de talwe
Os kaum de jaye aan
Khadku sant sipahi kaum ae
Bhareya gairat'an nal har rom ae,
Ho bann sir te kafan wich ran jayida.

Na koi tagda na koi maada
Vekh chadayi khush hoiye
Ainvaye na rakhiye dil wich saarha.
Raunte pind waleya kehn de jag nu
Ho vekhan roku keda sach di agg nu
Ho kam sir kaddwa koi kar jayida.

Hum nhi change, bura nhi koi.

O Guru Gobind, you said,
Never waver from the truth, my friend.
The world will deceive you a thousand times
And make you bow to falsehood.
Rise and fight your enemy.
O Guru Gobind, you said,
Never waver from the truth, my friend.
Do not think yourself weak,
For even one can fight against a hundred thousand.
He who dares to stand against the tide
Is the one who will reach the mountaintop.
Baba went to the mountaintop,
And I have only a little more to go.
With a little effort, I will reach my destination.
O Guru Gobind, you said,
Never waver from the truth, my friend.
The elephant tramples upon the weak
And crushes them under its feet.
But my people are known for their strength
And they are the warrior-saints.
Their every vein is filled with valor,
And they wear the kafan on their heads as they go to battle.
O Guru Gobind, you said,
Never waver from the truth, my friend.
In the house of God, there is no one strong or weak
And no one is superior or inferior.
Seeing this, be happy
And do not hold doubt in your heart.
The villagers of Rauntha say to the world,
Come and see how we will withstand the fire of truth,
For we will do anything to protect our honor.
O Guru Gobind, you said,
Never waver from the truth, my friend.
