夕陽は暮る海に

The Sea and the Boy

The sunset sinks into the twilight sea,
Melting the warmth that enveloped me.
My body engulfed in its passionate embrace.

I dash toward the sandy shore,
My shadow stretching long,
The summer's end draws near.

The sun's fierce glare
Now gently fades,
A sea breeze caresses my bare feet.
Tomorrow we will scatter back to our city homes,
But one day,

The ocean's murmur will once again reach my ears.
On the beach
Our footprints have vanished,
Only the crashing waves remain.
As I soak in its embrace,
I sense the coming of autumn.

Lying here alone,
I dream of setting sail,
I'll traverse this sea,
Waving farewell as I sail away from the distant harbor.
