Крылья из сморщенной кожи,
Святая красота трупа,
Божественное зрелище для моего взора!
Некролат! Почитание разложения,
Некролат! Почитание зловония.
Я преклоняюсь перед мертвечиной,
Я молюсь перед мертвыми.
Я знаю, они восстанут,
Я боюсь этой кары.
Я чту силу мертвых.
