Me he inventado un cuento pero no sé de qué va
Lo que tengo claro es que no habrá princesas
Ni santos griales ni dragón que degollar
Y si hay piratas serán con dos piernas

Nadie dirá "Nunca jamás" a nadie
Ni el protagonista se refugiará en un mundo aparte
No habrá tesoros con que obsesionarse
Ni sirenas tontas que renieguen de su propia imagen

Ni buenos ni malos no se harán filtros de amor
Ni con un beso habrá resucitados
Ni siquiera un reino por el que haya que morir
Ni personajes infravalorados

Aquí nadie será azul
Ni los fantasmas cumplirán condena
No hay héroe con una cruz
Ni sortilegios contra la salud

Quizá este cuento no le guste a nadie
Es el riesgo que hay al escribir
Quizá lo encuentren muy poco excitante
Quizá no nos basta con existir

Ni habrá enanitos que trabajen gratis
Y los cerditos dormirán
Y si viene el lobo... pues vendrá

Y las madrastras son de puta madre
Y las perdices volarán
Huyendo de tanta felicidad

I've made up a story but I don't know what it's about
What is clear to me is that there will be no princesses
No holy grails or dragons to behead
And if there are pirates they will have two legs

No one will say "Nevermore" to anyone
Nor will the protagonist take refuge in a world apart
There will be no treasure to obsess over
Nor silly sirens who disown their own image

Neither good nor evil will make love filters
Nor will there be resurrections with a kiss
Not even a kingdom to die for
Nor undervalued characters

Nobody will be blue here
Nor will ghosts serve their time
There is no hero with a cross
Nor spells against health

Perhaps no one will like this story
That's the risk of writing
Perhaps they will find it very unexciting
Perhaps it's not enough for us to exist

And if the wolf comes... well, it will come
