Ich huste schwarz auf weiß in den Schnee auf dem Gehweg
Und schlepp mich verschnupft durch den Späti
Kauf ein wenig Gemüse ein, ich machs mir gemütlich daheim
Mit süßlichem Wein, ner Käseplatte und mit Laugenbrezeln
Geh nur raus in den Schneeberg, alle Stricke reißen
Ich hätt mein Bock mein Leben nicht nur mitzuschreiben
Bitte wirf mir die Zeit nicht vor, die ich mit dir nicht teil
Doch auf meinem Herz liegt im Moment nur ne Schicht Eis

Beschissener Schnupfen und dieser Husten
Und dann klopft es an der Tür, mein Dad, was hat der hier zu suchen
Ich seh durch den Spion dass er sich Sorgen macht

Ich trink Orangensaft und bleib den ganzen Tag im Schlafanzug

Aber das ist nicht der Punkt
Mich jetzt mit dir zu treffen wäre einfach nicht gesund
Vielleicht nächstes mal, überleg nicht solang

Unsre Wege werden sich wohl trennen, und das nicht grad im Guten
Die Vögel zwitschern und es geht mir auf den Sack
Ich gucke traurig aus dem Fenster und vermiss den grauen Matsch
Die Sonne ist aufgegangen, doch die Lethargie zieht runter
Das Leben verfliegt und findet draußen statt
Und bei genauerer Betrachtung der Szenerie
Liest sich das zu negativ, sagt mir meine Therapie
Na sowas, hat ja keiner mit gerechnet
Ich leb in der Erinnerung, trotz meinem Gedächtnis
Das leider nicht das beste ist
Und mir ständig zum Verhängnis wird

Cold Nose

My nose is cold
I ... through the hood and throw my scarf around my neck
Mom says it will be warm soon
Probably when the ice breaks
Hope dies last or through negligence
I cough black on white in the snow on the sidewalk
And drag myself through the late night shop with a cold
Buy some vegetables, get comfortable at home
With sweet wine, a cheese platter and with lye pretzels
Just go out into the snow mountain, all ties break
I wouldn't have my buck my life only to write it down
Please don't throw time at me that I don't share with you
But there's only a layer of ice on my heart right now
My nose is cold
Horrible cold and this cough
And then there's a knock at the door, my dad, what's he doing here
I can see through the peephole that he's worried
But I can't talk about that yet
I drink orange juice and stay in my pajamas all day
Because my nose is still not warm enough
What are you waiting for? Do I read the emails I get every day
I know you're worried, they didn't miss the intention
But that's not the point
Meeting you now would simply not be healthy
Maybe next time, don't think too long
I'm not giving you a choice anyway

I'm sorry, but I can't call you
Our paths will probably part, and not in a good way
The birds are chirping and it's getting on my nerves
I look out the window sadly and miss the gray slush
The sun has risen, but the lethargy is getting me down
Life flies by and takes place outside
And on closer examination of the scenery
That reads too negatively, my therapy tells me
Well, no one expected that
I live in memory, despite my memory
Which unfortunately is not the best
And is constantly my undoing
