Ey, ihsanı bol Allah'ım
Sana hamdederim
Ey, yegâne mabut
Senin önünde eğilirim
Yücesin, kullarından dilediğine sonsuz nimetler verirsin
Dilediğini hüsrana düçar edersin

Ey, Yaradan'ım
Sana sığınırım
Varlık ve darlık zamanında sana münacaat ederim
Her an sana yalvarırım
Gerçi, günahlarım çok fakat senin affın ondan daha büyüktür

Ümitsizliğe sebep yok.
Eğer sen de beni kapından kovarsan kime sığınırım?
Kimden medet beklerim?
Bana başka kim şefaatçi olur?

Ya Rab
Hâlimi görüyorsun, yoksulluğumu biliyorsun
Gizli niyazımı duyuyorsun
Beni senden ümit kesenlere katma

Kusuruma bakma
Daha fazla bekletme, ümitsizliğe atma
Senin azametin önünde boyun eğdim
Dize geldim, secdeye kapandım

Allah'ım
Dünyâdan sıyrılıp huzuruna gelirken beni
Kelime-i Tevhid'den ayırma
Senin narın da hoş nurun da hoştur
Senin rahmetinden ümit kesmem
Mal ve oğulların fayda vermediği o korkunç günde
Senin affına nail olmak isterim

Bana affın yeter, lûtfunu göster
Sen bana yol gösterirsen hiçbir vakit yolumu şaşırmam.
Sen yol göstermezsen dalâlette kalırım
Eğer senin affın yalnız iyilere mahsussa
Ya kötülerin bağışlayıcısı kim olacak?

Herkesin ilahı sensin
Ben ümmetin en en iyisi olamadımsa en kötüsü de sayılmam
Senin affına sarılıyorum

îtiraf ederim, günâhım büyük,
Fakat senin affın ondan daha büyüktür
Senin lûtfunu hatırlayınca kalbime tesellî doluyor
Günahlarımı düşündükçe gözlerimden yaş dökülüyor

Sen, şânına lâyık olanı yap
Beni affet
Beni, senin fazlülûtfundan başka bir yere başvurmayacak bir fıtratta yarattın
Ne umarsam senden umarım
En büyük endişem
Beni sen de kapından kovarsan, eli boş çevirirsen
Hâlim nice olur?

Allah'ım, görüyorsun gafiller uykuda
Bense gece karanlığında el açıp sana niyaz ediyorum
Dualarım sana yükselsin, niyazlarım makbul olsun

Herkes ne beklerse ancak senin lûtfundan bekler
Her biri cennete girmek ister
Sen bana cennette dîdarını göster, bu bana yeter

Ey, insanlara doğru yolu göstermek için peygamber gönderen Allah
Fahri Kainat hürmetine
Seni tesbih eden
Takdis eyleyen, hayırlı ümmet aşkına
Bizi imandan, Kur'an'dan, İslam'dan ayırma.
Müslüman olarak haşret
Resulünden şefaat umarız

Bizi ondan mahrum etme
Senden aff-ı mağfiret dileriz
Bizi boş çevirme, Allah'ım

Prayer of Hazrat Ali

Oh Allah, abundant in benevolence,
I offer my praise to You.
Oh, the sole deity,
Before You, I bow down.
You are exalted, bestowing upon Your chosen servants endless blessings,
And leading astray those You will.

Oh, my Creator,
I seek refuge in You.
In times of plenty and hardship, I call upon You,
Every moment, I implore You.
Though my sins are many, Your forgiveness is greater still.

There is no cause for despair.
If You too turn me away from Your door, to whom shall I turn?
From whom shall I seek help?
Who else will intercede for me?

Oh Lord,
You see my state, You know my poverty,
You hear my secret pleas.
Do not count me among those who lose hope in You.

Overlook my faults,
Do not delay any longer, do not cast me into despair.
Before Your grandeur, I have bowed my head,
I have knelt and prostrated myself.

Oh Allah,
As I depart from this world and come before You,
Do not separate me from the word of Tawhid.
Both Your fire and Your light are pleasing.
I do not lose hope in Your mercy.
On that dreadful day when wealth and sons avail not,
I seek to attain Your forgiveness.

Your forgiveness is sufficient for me, show me Your grace.
If You guide me, I shall never stray from my path.
If You do not guide me, I shall remain lost.
If Your forgiveness is reserved only for the righteous,
Then who will be the forgiver of the wicked?

You are the God of all,
If I have not been the best of Your community, I am not the worst either.
I cling to Your forgiveness.

I confess, my sin is great,
But Your forgiveness is greater still.
When I remember Your grace, my heart fills with solace.
When I think of my sins, tears flow from my eyes.

Do what is befitting of Your glory,
Forgive me.
You created me with a nature that seeks nothing but Your abundant grace.
Whatever I hope for, I hope from You.
My greatest fear is
If You too turn me away from Your door, turning me empty-handed,
What will become of me?

Oh Allah, You see the heedless are asleep,
While I, in the darkness of the night, raise my hands and supplicate to You.
May my prayers ascend to You, may my pleas be accepted.

Everyone expects only from Your grace,
Each one desires to enter Paradise.
Show me Your countenance in Paradise, that is enough for me.

Oh Allah, who sent prophets to guide mankind,
For the sake of the Pride of Creation,
For the sake of those who glorify You,
Sanctify You, and for the love of the righteous community,
Do not separate us from faith, from the Quran, from Islam.
Raise us on the Day of Judgement as Muslims.
We hope for intercession from Your Messenger.

Do not deprive us of it.
We seek Your forgiveness and pardon.
Do not turn us away empty-handed, oh Allah,
Do not turn us away empty-handed.
