Он стоял под ивой
И подарил ей желтый цветок.
«Девушка, ты пленила мое сердце,
О, я был бы твоим женихом!»
Она сказала, что никогда не выйдет за него замуж,
Ни сейчас, ни потом, ни когда-либо.
