Deshalb rüber in die Kneipe wo das allerletzte Licht noch brennt

Frühshoppen fängt bei mir um sieben an
Ich hab' immer Nachschub im Tequilaschrank
Und während meine Frau allein′ zuhause sitzt
Bin ich wieder draußen und besaufe mich

Es ist leider mittlerweile Dienstag in der Früh
Und mein ganzer Körper fühlt sich eben wie man sich dann fühlt
Ich bin seit drei Tagen bis jetzt nicht am schlafen gewesen
Saß in ner Bar hinter′m Tresen und hab mich grad übergeben
Ich muss nachhaus und zwar schnell, schnell
Weg aus der Bar, hab mit nem Lächeln meine Rechnung bezahlt
Je ne se pas, nicht mal mehr Geld für ein Taxi
Und zu besoffen zum gehen
Es kann nur besser werden, ich lass′ mir die Hoffnung nicht nehm'

It's three o'clock in the morning and I'm wandering the city
I didn't cancel my appointments, unfortunately
I didn't say anything and my phone is off
Oh, my friends are worried and so is my family
But I'm on it and I don't care about anything
I just walk around, I've been lost for days
Even though it would definitely be better for me to go home
I'm the last one standing every time

I'm too close to go to bed

Brunch starts for me at seven
I always have a refill in my tequila cabinet
And while my wife sits at home alone
I'm out getting drunk again
