E ne è venuto questo-fuori questo disco che si chiama "Cruza de mar"
D′altra parte-
D'altra parte si sa che la lingua, la vera lingua materna
è il dialetto, è l'idioma che si sente parlare appena si mette il piede fuori
Dalla propria casa, che sia nella strada della città, o del paese dove si abita
E d′altra parte c′è anche da dire, a proposito di dialetti
Ci sarebbe da fare anche qui una conferenza
C'è da dire che la lingua dell′Alighieri, l'italiano
Che poi è diventata tutt′altra cosa
Se non continuasse tutti i momenti a nutrirsi
Delle cosidette frasi idiomatiche, cioè prese dagli idiomi
Dai linguaggi locali
Sarebbe già diventata da secoli una lingua buona
Per vendere stoccafisso e patate
Oppure per andare a litigare nei tribunali
Anche per questo io credo che sia molto importante
Conservare l'uso degli idiomi locali, cosidetti dialetti
Anche perché qual è la differenza fondamentale
Tra una lingua e un dialetto?
Ma lo sapete che la fanno gli eserciti la differenza
Pensate ad un paese piccolo come il Portogallo
Con una grande forza di volontà, con l′esercito suo
Si è staccato dalla Spagna così che
Il dialetto di quello che era una piccola parte della penisola iberica
è diventato il Portogallo, non appena l'esercito portoghese ha conquistato
L'angola, il Mozambico e il Brasile
Vedete dunque che la differenza non è tanto nelle parole
