Cuando Erefil Tercero
Se fue en su boda a casar;

Iba el príncipe Erefil

Bella era la hija del remendón
Que desposaba,
Vestida con sedas y oros

Con un príncipe azul de consorte,
Pero no había imaginado
Como iba a pagar la dote.

Con botas nuevas,

De señores y de ciervos

Que casarse con un príncipe

Las demás no lo contaron.
