Unos buenos cigarros,
Mi agüita y mi libreta,
Para empezar contando
El rumbo en mi planeta.

Abril está en un tercio
De la Semana Santa;
La ciudad y las calles,
Tranquilas se relajan.

Se observa y se discute,
Se planea y se fraterniza,
Se forman relaciones,
Otras que se terminan.

Entre amores y extraños,
Entre hijos y vecinos,
Y todos los parientes,
Y todos los amigos.

Calderón se despide,
La guerra se nos queda;
Raro quien pisa firme,
Mientras la paz no es nuestra.

Solución a esta vida;
Las fes que se proponen;
La mejor es la mía
Y que me la perdonen.

Se acercan elecciones,
Otro asunto importante,
Si haciendo como siempre,
Salimos adelante.

Sucede que un nacional
De aspirantes se avecina.
Se espera por la patria;
En los comicios, manos limpias.

Así se avista México
Por la Semana Santa
Del año 2012,
De tantas desconfianzas.

A ratos, los problemas
Se van de vacaciones,
Llevándose, a lo lejos,
Días de preocupaciones.

Se come si se tiene,
Si no, pues se consigue;
Porque hombre que no coma,
Ni modo de seguirle.

Las calles son el sueño
Del automovilista.
No encuentro al cerrajero,
Ni ha vuelto mi dentista.

Con esta me despido,
Recuérdenme contento,
Para cuando el camino
Me tenga en juramentos.

Comenzaré este lunes
Sin otra salvaguarda
Que perseguir tu boca,
Toda la otra semana.
