I said to my bridge the other day, like, we don't really know who we are
He said, what do you mean by that?
I said, bro, imagine you spend most of your days just chasing money, chasing money all the time
So you don't really know what you do in your free time, because in your free time you're shattered
But imagine you didn't have to chase, who would you spend time with? What would you do?
You know what I'm saying? What type of person would you be?

Dankbar (Zwischenspiel)

Ich erinnere mich an Zeiten, in denen ich mich von den dunkelsten Tagen verzehren ließ.
Und dann läufst du einfach mit dieser Energie herum und sie verzehrt alles andere.
Aber durch Wachstum,
konnte ich Danke sagen und dankbar sein für – du weißt schon – die Dinge, die ich habe.
Und durch Dankbarkeit habe ich erkannt, warum ich mehr als nur einen Plan habe (Ich bin dankbar).

Und man sagt, im Nachhinein ist man immer schlauer.
Und nur im Nachhinein sehe ich wirklich klar.
Ansonsten erscheint alles andere einfach verschwommen.
Es ist, als würde man mit tausend Meilen pro Stunde leben.

Ich sagte neulich zu meinem Kumpel, dass wir nicht wirklich wissen, wer wir sind.
Er fragte: "Was meinst du damit?"
Ich sagte: "Bruder, stell dir vor, du verbringst die meiste Zeit deines Lebens damit, Geld zu jagen, die ganze Zeit nur Geld zu jagen."
Also weißt du nicht wirklich, was du in deiner Freizeit machst, denn in deiner Freizeit bist du einfach nur kaputt.
Aber stell dir vor, du müsstest nicht jagen, mit wem würdest du Zeit verbringen? Was würdest du tun?
Verstehst du, was ich meine, meine Liebe? Was für ein Mensch wärst du?

Das ist alles, was ich wissen muss.
