Trong khói thuốc mờ bay anh ưu tư gì đây
Trong quán buồn đêm nay.
Nói đi anh những lần hải hành trên đại dương hoa sóng,
Nói em nghe những chiều gió lộng nhìn hải âu lưng trời bay bơ vơ lạc loài
Anh có nhớ đến em nhiều không?

Nếu nhớ nhau xin gửi về cho nhau
Những cánh thư mang màu xanh biển trời.
Ngày xưa em thường bảo rằng trong suốt cuộc đời yêu lính biển mà thôi.
Vẫn ước mơ khi quê hương bình yên sẽ dìu em trong lối cỏ mây huyền,
Gió chiều hôm mơn man trên làn tóc năm ngón tay trần ru em vào giấc mộng thần tiên.
