Ramazan

Zəm-zəm bulağından alıb dəstəmaz
Açıb əllərimi qibləyə doğru
Sidq ilə, Allahım, qılıram namaz
Dilimdə dualar, qəlbimdə arzu

Şükür eylə Allaha, veribdir imkan
Bu ayda nəfsinlə edəsən üsyan
Keçsin günahımdan böyük yaradan
Sənin xatirinə, mahi Ramazan

Elə gözəl aydır mahi Ramazan
Göylərdən yerlərə mərhəmət yağar
Məhz bu ayda doğulub şahi Ramazan

Ramadan

Taking ablution from the Zamzam spring,
Opening my hands towards the Qibla,
With sincerity, my love, I perform my prayer,
Prayers on my tongue, desires in my heart.

Give thanks to Allah, He has given us this chance,
In this month, my darling, rebel against your desires,
May the great Creator forgive my sins,
For your sake, O month of Ramadan.

Such a beautiful month is Ramadan,
Mercy rains down from the heavens to the earth,
In this month, the king of Ramadan was born,
With his name, the moon sets and the sun rises.

Give thanks to Allah, He has given us this chance,
In this month, my beloved, rebel against your desires,
In this month, the Quran descended from the heavens,
For your sake, O king of Ramadan.
May the great Creator forgive my sins,
For your sake, O month of Ramadan.

Refuge of the oppressed, forgive the sins

Humiliate Satan, accept charity
