Buna aşk kervanı, gir yan dediler
Girdim ki bir ateş, okyanus yetmez

Salât-ü Selamla hâllere girdim
Ateş ortasında yandım eridim
Oradan alınıp Kâbe'ye geldim
Makam-ı İbrahim, yalvar dediler

Bir kuş misalinde kondum Ravza'ya
Kanatlarım kırık döndüm duaya
Sığamadım aşka, şükür Mevla'ya
Herkese verilmez bu aşk dediler
Bu hâl dediler

Salât-ü Selamla hâllere girdim
Ateş ortasında yandım eridim
Oradan alınıp Kâbe'ye geldim

They threw me into a boiling cauldron
This is the caravan of love, they told me to enter and burn
I entered, there was a fire, an ocean wouldn't be enough
They told me it would be difficult to bear

I got lost in ecstasies with Salât-ü Selam
I burned and melted amidst the fire
I was taken from there and brought to the Kaaba
They told me to implore at the Station of Abraham

Like a bird, I perched on the Rawza
With broken wings, I turned to prayer
I couldn't contain my love, thanks to God
They said not everyone can experience this love
This state
