Nura kalkan kılıç îsyanda, elde
Örümcekler nuru vermedî ele
Ağlar gördü o nuru ben göremedîm...
Hep selama durdu uçuşan kuşlar
Yoluna adandı Tubada başlar
Mescîde konuldu Takva'yla taşlar
Taşlar gördü o nur'u ben göremedîm...
Ehl-î Yesrîp şükür eder Mevla'ya
Kavuşturdu dîye Nur Mustafa'ya
Ensarın sevîncî çıktı Âla'ya

When the Prophet recited the radiant words,
Unveiling the light, the eyes of disbelief were blinded,
Angels covered his tracks in the desert,
The deserts saw that light I could not see...
The trampling hooves of the enemies of Truth were buried in the sand,
The sword of light raised in defiance, in hand,
Spiders did not offer the light,
The webs saw that light I could not see...
Flying birds stood still forever,
Heads were dedicated to Tuba on his path,
Stones were placed in the mosque with piety,
The stones saw that light I could not see...
The people of Yathrib give thanks to God,
For uniting them with the radiant Mustafa,
The joy of the Ansar ascended to the heavens,
The Ansar saw that light I could not see...
