Stříbrná řeka
Uléhá k spánku,
účesy stromů
Když obarví stín,
Když meze voní
Jak po heřmánku,
Soumrakem svítí
Jen bílé hvězdy kopretin.
Loudám se loukou,
Tiše si pískám,
čeká mě trávy
Vyhřátý klín,
Brouzdám se rosou,
Než dojdu k lískám,
Utrhnu cestou
Jednu z těch bílých kopretin.
Potom se zeptám bílých lístků,
Jestli to na tebe prozradí,
Až budou padat do žlutého písku,
Jestli mně dobře poradí.
Mám mě rád
či nemá mě rád,
Trhám je hlava nehlava,
Má mě rád

Můj hlas mně selhává.
Vracím se zpátky,
Tiše si pískám
