زهی باغ زهی باغ که بشکفت ز بالا
زهی قدر و زهی بدر تبارک و تعالی
زهی فر زهی نور زهی شر زهی شور
زهی گوهر منثور زهی پشت و تولا
زهی ملک زهی مال زهی قال زهی حال
زهی پر و زهی بال بر افلاک تجلی
چه ذاالنون چه مجنون چه لیلی و چه لیلا
چه سلطان و چه خاقان چه والی و چه والا
چو بیواسطه جبار بپرورد جهان را
چه ناقوس چه ناموس چه اهلا و چه سهلا
گر اجزای زمینی وگر روح امینی
چو آن حال ببینی بگو جل جلالا
گر افلاک نباشد به خدا باک نباشد
دل غمناک نباشد مکن بانگ و علالا
فروپوش فروپوش نه بخروش نه بفروش
تویی باده مدهوش یکی لحظه بپالا
خمش باش خمش باش در این مجمع اوباش
مگو فاش مگو فاش ز مولی و ز مولا

My dear, behold the garden in full bloom from above,
Oh, what power and what lineage, blessed and exalted be it.
Oh, what joy and what light, what splendor and what passion,
Oh, what scattered pearls, what support and what protection.
Oh, what wealth and what dominion, what words and what states,
Oh, what wings and what flight, soaring through the heavens.
What of Dhu'l-Nun, what of Majnun, of Layla and of Lila,
What of the sultan and the khaqan, the wali and the noble,
When the Almighty creates the world without an intermediary,
What of bells and customs, of greetings and welcomes,
Whether earthly beings or angelic spirits,
When you witness that state, say, "Glory be to His splendor!"
If the heavens were not there, by God, there would be no fear,
Let not your heart be heavy, do not lament and cry.
Be silent, be silent, neither cry out nor sell,
You are drunk with wine, be intoxicated for a moment.
Be quiet, be quiet, in this assembly of fools,
Do not speak openly, do not speak openly of the Master and the Lord.
